So it’s Friday, and the days are getting shorter – boo! This evening humom and I took a walk to the seawall to see what was going on in the city. It was a beautiful evening.
There were dogs everywhere! Oh, and people too, of course. But they’re boring. Check out these handsome Afghan hounds! They didn’t seem very friendly though – pretty arrogant about maintaining their spot.
Let them give us the stink eye – ha! We didn’t pay any attention to them. There was so much else to look at!
And then this was fun! I wanted to chase those funny things that appeared when the little boy blew at the funny wand, but humom said no (again, what a downer! Have I not said that before?!? Lighten up, humom!)
Dog park! It was hopping tonight – and all the dogs were friendly.
When we left the dog park we noticed a line of people looking into the marsh. What on earth were they staring at? We had to go check it out. It was a heron enjoying the stream in the twilight…
Well, good night Vancouver…
Humom says something exciting is happening soon – I don’t know what she’s talking about, and frankly, I don’t care. I mean, why think about something happening in the future that you don’t know about when you can revel in the moment?
